Good condition.
Mantel carved in the second half of the 19th century in Belgian Black marble. The entablature is decorated with alternating medallions with plant motifs and rosettes at the ends. The jambs are adorned with engaged columns topped with composite half capitals.
This fireplace is sold with a modern cast iron insert adapted to this fireplace but without any marble floor. This one could be made to order (please ask for marble availability).
