Louis XVI style fireplace carved in Carrara marble during the second half of the 19th century. The entablature is decorated with acanthus leaves in the centre and square rosettes at the ends. The slightly curved jambs are adorned at the top with large falling acanthus leaves and decorated with pearls.
This fireplace is sold with its original cast iron insert but without any marble floor. This one could be made to order (please ask for marble availability).
