This beautiful Empire style fireplace is a rare model, made in the 19th century, including two columns sculpted in the round placed in front of the jambs. The entablature describes an elegant curve, which brings suppleness to the straight lines of the ensemble. Fined stylized palms are engraved on the columns. The Sarrancolin Ilhet marble has a sumptuous color and is highly decorative.
This fireplace is sold with its original marble floor with two Green Campan marble squares but without any fireplace insert.
