This small Louis XVI style fireplace was made of Carrara marble in the late 19th century.
Its paneled entablature is adorned on its center with an oval rose and on each corners with square roses, typical of the Louis XVI style. The entablature is supported by slightly curved jambs with flutes.
This fireplace is sold with a modern cast iron insert adapted to this fireplace but without any marble floor. This one could be made to order (please ask for marble availability).
