Louis XV style mantel carved in the second half of the 19th century in Paonazzo light marble. The entablature is adorned in the centre with a large shell. The hearth opening is underlined by discontinuous moldings ending in volutes. The curved console jambs end in acanthus leaves.
This fireplace is sold with a modern cast iron insert adapted to this fireplace but without any marble floor. This one could be made to order (please ask for marble availability).
