This small Louis XVI style fireplace was made of veined Carrara marble in the late 19th century.
It's jambs lightly tapered and fluted are supporting a straight slab adorned on its center with a small carved medallion and on each corner small squares.
This fireplace is sold with a modern insert, but without marble floor ( could be made to order (please ask for marble availabily).
