This large antique Napoleon III style fireplace was made out of walnut wood during the 19th century. The jambs are made up of detached fluted columns. They support an entablature alternating between carved fluted modillions and carved spherical modillions in the form of stylised flowers.
The fireplace comes with an overmantel mirror. The overmantel mirror is framed by two engaged moulded pilasters and curved capitals.
This fireplace is sold without any fireplace insert nor marble floor but these one could be made to order.
