Good condition. A crack on the tray.
This Louis XVI style mantel was executed during the second part of the 19th century in Carrara marble. The panelled entablature is decorated in the center with a trophy of laurel branches tied with a ribbon. The fluted and rudent jambs are adorned in their upper parts with square rosettes.
This fireplace is sold with a modern cast iron insert adapted to this fireplace but without any marble floor. This one could be made to order (please ask for marble availability).
